National Fibromyalgia Association Now Accepting Applications for
3rd Annual Leaders Against Pain International Coalition

 

ORANGE, Calif.----The National Fibromyalgia Association (NFA) is now accepting applications to attend its 3rd Annual Leaders Against Pain Media and Advocacy Training Seminar, to be held on August 22-23 at the Capitol Hilton in Washington, D.C.

 

Up to 100 successful applicants will be awarded a financial scholarship that will help afford them the opportunity to participate in the highly successful and popular training program. This year, the scholarship also includes admission to the MYOPAIN Society’s 7th World Congress on Myofascial Pain Syndrome and Fibromyalgia August 19-24, also at the Capitol Hilton.

 

CONTEST RULES AND DEADLINE:
The scholarship is open to U.S. and international Support Group Leaders & Advocates. All submissions to NFA’s 2007 LAP Scholarships must be received by Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 5pm PST.  All scholarship winners will be chosen by NFA’s Board of Directors and staff and notified by email/mail on or before June 1, 2007.
