Purpose: H.O.P.E Helping Our Pain and Exhaustion, Inc. is a 501(c3) non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance knowledge and awareness of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue syndrome through educational programs in order to educate families, friends, the public, the media and the medical community.
